Instruments Box Medium (Autoclavable)

*Autoclavable Instrument Box*  

- *Material*: Usually stainless steel grade 304 or 316, or medical-grade aluminum. Fully autoclavable at 121°C–134°C. Won't rust or corrode after repeated sterilization.

- *Design*: Rectangular box with a tight-fitting perforated lid. The base and lid have holes/slots for steam penetration during autoclaving. 

- *Interior*: Often includes silicone mats or holders to keep instruments like punches, forceps, DHI implanters, and blades secure and prevent damage. Stops them from rattling around.

- *Size*: Common sizes: 20x10x5 cm, 30x15x6 cm, or custom for hair transplant sets. Made to fit standard autoclave chambers.

- *Features*: Smooth edges, drain holes at the bottom, and latches/clasps to keep it closed. Some have dividers to separate sharp instruments.

- *Use*: You load clean instruments, close the box, wrap it in sterilization paper, then autoclave. After the cycle, the box keeps tools sterile until you open it in the OR.

For hair transplant, these boxes are used to sterilize punches, sapphire blades, steel blades, DHI implanters, and forceps together as one set
